Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped from Germany. Shipping is calculated for your address and cart value. Orders within Germany ship free from €60.00. For all other destinations, shipping rates are dynamic and receive discounts from €200.00 and €350.00 cart value.
Germany
Free shipping from €60.00 cart value. Below that, the available rates are shown during checkout.
International discounts
For destinations outside Germany, shipping discounts are applied automatically from €200.00 and again from €350.00 cart value. Warenpost International is available only for orders up to €150.00.
Preparation time
Regular orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24–48 hours on working days. For urgent orders, priority handling moves the order ahead of all regular orders and guarantees shipment in under 24 hours on working days after payment.

Shipments outside the EU
Tariffs, customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, and local taxes are not covered unless this is explicitly stated during checkout or in writing.
Refused or uncollected parcels
Free shipping only applies after successful delivery. If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, actual shipping, return, customs, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund. This does not apply to a valid withdrawal after receiving the goods.
